Today in class Blocks 1-3-4-5 had papers passed back...if they did not get them...block 6 did not have as much time due to the Senior March.

All blocks played BINGO BONUS for a few points on the exam.

Discussed what it meant to be human and how that related to THE CREATURE in Frankenstein and the life created in Brave New World. Discussed ANIMAL characteristics the creature possessed. Discussed ROLE OF PARENTS/PARENTAL FIGURES in development.

Discussed Figurative Language in Poems..."Sleep" and "The Black Land"

All Upfront Discussions centered around: Author's techniques to draw in reader Ethos/Pathos/Logos...as well as TONE and MOOD
