Today we completed VOCAB TEST 13-15.

Vocab Story 10-12 and 13-15 and Writing Exam were transferred to portfolio

Sonnet not prepared with the group in class on block day needs to be finished for Monday class presentation

Announced TEMPEST ASSIGNMENT...Suggested chunking assignment into smaller sections....

Today we turned in our vocabulary story lesson 13-15
We completed and corrected vocabulary lesson 13 completing the sentences

We discussed upcoming assignments

Resumes are overdue

We divided responsibilities in class ... we had time to work and groups will share on block day: INCLUDE PAGE NUMBERS

1. Find instances of HUMOR to break up the tension in the play
2. How does Landy Macbeth convince/motivate Macbeth to follow the prophesy? How does Macbeth self motivate?
3. Find instances of Macbeth/Lady Macbeth having a conscience/knowing their actions are wrong.

Start of the fourth quarter April 4, 2016

Today in class we went over details on the calendar that are also on CANVAS. We have just over 40 days before final exam...it is important that we make each day count.

Homework was turned in and as Vocabulary Lesson 13 Synonyms and Antonyms were completed papers were passed back.

With the time left we started to discuss Macbeth's format. We will continue BLOCK DAY...Tuesday we will be in the library starting research for the persuasive paper.
