Tuesdays With Rene'...

will resume Semester 2 ....

Next week is the Turkey Trot ... there are NOT enough Tuesdays to compete another movie.

We will begin Week 1 of Second Semester!

Rene' MacVay: My family and my health are important to me. Each day I try to be present and achieve to the best of my abilities. I hold a California Teaching Credential, Masters in Education, and Masters in the Humanities with a Literature Focus. I am an E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Certified Pilates Instructor. I am working toward my 500 Hour RYT in Yoga Therapy.
