If you finish...read the lit book stories that are due next week
Next Tuesday (paper grade) you need to have your Outside Reading Book Approved. Remember it needs to be of an author that is a different ethnicity than you are and must be written, roughly, within your lifetime. The genres include: Memoir, Historical Fiction and Coming of Age. A few people asked for suggestions of books...check out the following websites...read about the books listed, peruse like you would if you were walking through a library or book store. Not all fit the guidelines. Some may not be appropriate for a school report. Email me if you have questions.

Remember...the book needs to be chosen, not purchased or read by Tuesday...the assignment is due in NOVEMBER. Pick a book at your reading level and of a length you can manage with your other classes, extras, etc.
